Pineapple

Cucumber

Cloves

Black pepper

Pineapple flavour

Sugar
Steps
-
Wash zobo leaves and add into pot
-
Add black pepper, cloves into it and boil
-
Blend pineapple and cucumber sieve and set aside
-
Allow zobo to cool and then sieve it
-
Add pineapple and cucumber juice into zobo and add flavour and sugar to taste

Dice cucumber to garnish zobo and serve chilled
