Sugar Free Sultana Flapjack Cooking Guide

Recipe guide how to make Sugar Free Sultana Flapjack by Athlete snacks


10 servings

  1. 150 grams Oats

  2. 50 grams Ground almonds

  3. 100 grams Sultanas

  4. 2 tsp Malted drink (Horlicks)

  5. 100 grams Butter

  6. 100 grams Set honey


  1. Pre-heat oven to 175 C

  2. Melt honey and butter in a large pan

  3. Weigh out the oats, sultanas, ground almonds and malted drink

  4. Bring honey and butter mixture to the boil and take off the heat

  5. Add the dry ingredients to the honey/butter mixture

  6. Put into a lined loaf tin and press down with a spoon

  7. Bake for around 20 minutes until golden brown

  8. Remove from oven and score with a shape knife in the tin while the flapjack is still hot

  9. Remove from the tin and leave on a cooling rack to cool
