  1. 3/4 cup – Milk

  2. 1 large or medium – bannana

  3. 1 scoop – chocolate protein

  4. 3 tbsp – peanut butter


  1. Take all the ingredients and toss into a blender and mixer up.

  2. Pour a glass and enjoy☺️
