  1. 1 whole mango (I used small ataulfo type but any will work)

  2. 1 whole lime squeezed

  3. 3-5 rounds of Fresh Tumeric Root

  4. 2-3 tbsps Indian style yogurt

  5. 1-1.5 cups almond milk enough to fill my magic bullet smoothie attachment

  6. 8 dashes or 1/2 tsp of cardamom

  7. 1 tbsp Maple syrup or any sweetener to taste

  8. 3 ice cubes


  1. I like to keep my fresh turmeric root frozen and I cut off 3-5 rounds and add them to my magic bullet first.

  2. Add mango, lime, yogurt, ice, cardamom, maple syrup. Top with almond milk.

  3. Blend for one minute or till all ice is broken up. Enjoy!
