  1. 200 gms dry plum

  2. 200 gms tamarind

  3. 250 gms sugar

  4. 3 liters water

  5. 1 cup lemon juice


  1. Soak tamarind for 30 minute in half ltr water.

  2. Make pulp of tamarind and dry plum.

  3. Take water then add sugar and mix well. Add lemon juice.

  4. Add pulp in water and blend them. Mix well.

  5. Add ice and ready to serve it.
