Ingredients

2 persons
  1. 2/3 cup green moong
  2. 1/4 cup sago pearl
  3. 2 cup water
  4. 2 tbsp sugar
  5. pinch salt

Steps

  1. Soak the green moong and sago pearl for 30 minutes

  2. Add water to the cooking pot. Add the green moong into pot. Cook it for 20-30 minutes until the green moong half cooked with low medium heat.

  3. Add the sago pearl into it. Keep stirring it otherwise the sago will stick at the bottom of the pot. Cook for 10 minutes.

  4. Add the sugar and salt. At this time, the moong and sago should be well cooked. Switched off the heat.

  5. Serve it while it is hot or keep it in the fridge and serve it cold as snack. You may add coconut milk as optional.
