  1. Juice from 4 oranges

  2. 1 can orange slices

  3. 10 pieces li hing mui (–add more if you like sourer drinks

  4. 1 pinch salt

  5. to taste Sugar

  6. 400 ml water

  7. Ice


  1. Drain the orange slices, arrange in two tall glasses.

  2. Combine orange juice, water, salt, sugar, the syrup from canned orange slices. Pour into two glasses.

  3. Stir well. Add li hing mui. Steep for 10 minutes or so. Add some ice, and enjoy!
