1Large cup

  1. 1 cup fresh watermelon juice

  2. 3 tbs creamed coconut in a can

  3. 1 cup frozen pineapple

  4. 1/2 cup frozen strawberry

  5. 1/2 cup frozen banana

  6. 2 tbs seamoss gel


  1. Adding liquid first, blend all frozen fruits and ingredients together until smooth sprinkle some chia seeds and shredded coconut on top and garnish however you like.
